March was abnormal. Most of this month was spent in a semi-lockdown, while the rest was plagued by a lot of stress at work. This update focuses on how my happiness was impacted by these things. All in all, my happiness ratings were not that great, but still OK!
February was characterized by stormy weather, tiredness and stress at work. But despite these conditions, there was plenty of happiness for me. This update shows you what influenced my personal happiness in February 2020!

June 2019 was interesting. I experienced a lot of things that made me incredibly happy, but unfortunately also some negative things. At the end of the month, I was feeling a bit burned out, and I want to get to the bottom of those feelings in this monthly happiness journal update!
At the end of 2018, I entered a chaotic period that lasted until January 2019. During this period, I noticed some clear symptoms of burnout. This post is about what I’ve learned from journaling throughout this burnout period.
At the end of 2018, I said specifically that I wanted to start 2019 taking life easier. Well, that failed. I was stressed a lot this January, which resulted in sleepless nights, shitty days at work and a relatively low average happiness rating.
I was very stressed throughout December, but still managed to be equally as happy! How so? I managed to focus on the bright side of life! Spending time with my girlfriend, friends and family all did an exceptionally great job at maintaining my happiness!
August was one of the busiest months of my life. I tried to maintain my productivity at both work and my personal life, which eventually resulted in me becoming quite exhausted. This affected my happiness quite significantly, which I want to detail in this Monthly Happiness Report!
