Your Customer Portal page allows you to manage your Tracking Happiness Diary subscription. You can access it by following these steps:
1. Write down the email that you used during sign-up
In order to access your customer portal, you will need your e-mail address.
If you’re not sure which email address you’ve used during sign-up, please check one of the emails that you’ve received from the Tracking Happiness Diary.
Go to your inbox and search for the words “Welcome to your Tracking Happiness Diary”.
Your email address is located in the footer of every email from the Tracking Happiness Diary.
Scroll down and copy your e-mail address from this email.
2. Go to the customer portal page
Open your internet browser, and navigate to the following address: https://www.trackinghappiness.com/diary/customer-portal/
If you’ve logged in to this page before, use your email address and password in order to log in.
3. Create a new password
If you haven’t logging in before, or if you forgot your password, then click the “Reset Password” button.
You will be redirected to another webpage.
Enter your email address in the field, and click the “Get New Password” button.
An email will be send to your address.
Make sure to check your “Promotions” folder to find it. It may also be in your spam folder. If you haven’t received this email, please contact us at email@example.com.
Open the email and visit the page that’s included in the email.
If you wait too long with this step, your link may expire.
Create a strong password by following the hints on the page. Make sure to remember this password, so you won’t have to go through this process again.
Upon succeeding, you will see this screen:
4. Log in to the customer portal pagae
Go back to the customer portal page, by navigating to the following address: https://www.trackinghappiness.com/diary/customer-portal/
Use your email and the password you just created to login.
You are now logged in and should see your customer portal page:
On this page, you can:
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your customer settings
- Change plans
- Download your invoices
